TJ Mondair, Founder and Managing Partner of TrueCrest Capital, delivers tailored advisory services to private market investors worldwide.
With over 20 years of capital markets expertise, TJ has dedicated the last decade to the dynamic world of secondary transactions, helping clients unlock liquidity across LP interests and direct investments in high-growth, late-stage companies.
Prior to founding TrueCrest, TJ served as Vice President at Setter Capital, where he successfully closed more than 300 transactions representing over $2.5 billion in value, including high-profile names like SpaceX, Scale AI, Swiggy, Rapyd, NSE, Thrive Market and many others. Before that, TJ honed his analytical and client management expertise over seven years as a securities analyst focused on emerging markets, building a robust foundation in global financial dynamics.
